Barnsley supporters are fearing a double whammy in the transfer market as striker Danny Haynes could be following captain Jason Shackell out of the club this summer.
Shackell, who had a fine debut season at Oakwell, is set to seal a £1m move to Derby County at the beginning of next week, and now strong rumours are surfacing that a host of Championship clubs are on the trail of Haynes, who had a fine five months at the club after arriving from Bristol City in January.
The 23 year old notched seven goals in 30 games in the second half of the season including braces at local rivals Doncaster and Sheffield United. That has alerted the likes of Blackpool,Burnley and Hull who are all looking for extra firepower to take them back into the Premier League
