How has pre-season gone for you?
100% so far, albeit against mediocre teams, the real test will come next week against West Brom and West Ham
Are you pleased with the signings your club has made?
We have only signed 3 players so far, McAuley from Leicester who I am happy about, he will fill the hole that Jason De Vos has left in our defence, we have also signed Pim Balkestein a Centre Half from Heerenveen who looks to be a very good prospect, dominant in the air and good on the ground.
Our final signing so far has been Kevin Lisbie who I am not convinced about. We are hopefully signing Richard Wright and Rudi Skacel over the next week, who will be good signings
What realistically are you aiming for this season?
Play-Offs
Which player has past his sell by date?
Richard Naylor, he isn't up to the standard anymore.
Have you got the right manager in charge?
Yes, although if we are not in contention by January he could find himself out of a job.
What advice would you give him?
Try not to get in as much trouble with referee's
Who do you see as your key player?
Jon Walters
Who would you most like to beat this season?
Apart from the obvious (Norwich) it would be Watford, they were the most irritating side at Portman Road last season, Time-Wasting and Playing the long ball, and they were the team to end our unbeaten run at Portman Road.
Where will you finish?
5th
How do you rate Barnsley's chances next season and where do you think they will finish?
If you can keep all your key-players (Howard, Muller, Anderson, Souza etc) then I expect you to finish about mid-table. I'd go for 14th
