How has pre-season gone for you?

Don't really take much notice of it, its just about getting the players fit.

Are you pleased with the signings your club has made?

Yeah, from what I've heard Chris Weale is a top keeper, Hobbs & Brown are solid Cb's (Hobbs will probably go on to become a star in the Prem), Neilson is a quality right back, Wellens brings some much needed creativeness to CM & N'Guessan is a top prospect too.

What realistically are you aiming for this season?

Mid table mediocrity, if we were to go up we'd get slaughtered so anything but a relegation scrap is fine by me.

Which player has past his sell by date?

Obvious answer is our club skipper Stephen Clemence, not because of a lack of ability but because he's been injured for around 18 months and I doubt we'll see him back. Not sure if Steve Howard or Matt Oakley will be up to much either, both were poor when we went down.

Have you got the right manager in charge?

Yes, the similarities between him and Martin O'Neill are amazing, if he can achieve half as much we'll be back and settled in the Prem by the time he leaves us.

What advice would you give him?

Don't be afraid to play Max Gradel, he has his faults but is still learning and has the ability to rip teams apart also ignore the clueless mongs that'll boo if we're not 4-0 up after 10 minutes at home, even if we were playing Man Utd.

Who do you see as your key player?

Aleksandar Tunchev, just back from a knee ligament injury. When he got injured last season our defence looked a lot less stable, possibly the best defender in England not currently in the Premier League.

Who would you most like to beat this season?

The inbred scum from the other end of the M69 (Coventry)

Where will you finish?

8th-14th would be my aim this season.

How do you rate Barnsley's chances next season and where do you think they will finish?

Haven't heard about any of your signings so I think you'll struggle it'll probably be between yourselves, Scunthorpe, Plymouth & Blackpool as to who can stay up.
