"I am very pleased tonight. It is a tough place to come against a side who were in the Premier League and are trying to get back there. Everybody wrote us off before the game but we stuck to our task and have come away with a point.
"We could have taken all three points as well but for a little bit of luck and calmness in the final third.
"We have picked up a point here against Reading so that justifies the changes that were made. You need to be brave sometimes and you need balls to make a big decision like that. It have proven to be the right decision because we have come away with a point.
"We defended soundly and all did our jobs. We passed the ball well at times as well. Anyone who was here today would see that we are still fighting.
"It is a confidence builder and we have exorcised the ghosts of the Swansea game. We have a point on the board from a game where everybody wrote us off. We always believed we would get something from it".
