“I’m really, really pleased, I said to them after that at 0-0 I was delighted. I was stood there thinking this might be my favourite performance so far because of the discipline they showed from the first whistle.”
“We started to then get the rewards from that and probably more important than that, which sums up the players characters, was their ruthless attitudes, and their relentless natures, that we wouldn’t just sit back at 1-0 and take that, we went for the second, the third and the fourth. It was emphatic, and that was down to their application and intensity."
