Austin denied chance of World Youth Championship glory

Young Reds defender Neil Austin who was in the provisional England squad for the World Youth Championship (which had been due to start on March 25 and finish April 16) has had disappointing news today.

The potential war in Iraq has forced the Championship to be postponed with no new date set.

Austin has become a first team regular of late and has excelled in the Reds new defensive formation.
