Team News
There will be at least SEVEN changes from the last Barnsley side to walk out for a league match as Luke Steele, Tom Kennedy, Peter Ramage, Jim O’Brien, Stephen Dawson, Tomasz Cywka and Chris O’Grady have all left the club this summer.
As much as three of the summer recruits could miss out though. Kane Hemmings is definitely out having failed to feature in pre-season because of ankle injury. Goalkeeper Ross Turnbull has had an injection in his back after playing just 19 minutes of friendly action and midfielder James Bailey pulled out of the Sheffield Wednesday warm-up match as a precaution.
There is also a doubt over new winger Keith Treacy. The 25 year old has been training on his own since his release by Burnley and is short of match fitness so will more than likely be on the bench.
Reece Brown, Joe Dudgeon, Connor Houirhane and Sam Winnall are certainties to make their full debuts tomorrow.

Interesting Stats:
Like Barnsley, Crawley are set to field a new look team for the first game of the 2014-2015 League One season. The Reds who finished 14th in the division last season have signed a staggering 17 new players, and only two of the 11 who started the final day draw with Bristol City in May are still at the club.
Crawley have won two of their last three opening day matches and lost just one of their last four.
The Red Devils ended 2013-2014 with just three wins from their final 13 matches, which included eight defeats.
They have lost six of their last seven away matches, winning just one of the 10.
New signing Izale McLeod has previous for scoring an opening day goal against Barnsley. Exactly 10 years ago he netted MK Dons first ever goal in a 1-1 draw with the Reds.
Interestingly, when Crawley manager John Gregory took over Aston Villa in February 1998, he won seven of his first eight Premier League matches. The one blip? A 1-0 home defeat to Danny Wilson’s Barnsley.
Barnsley have won on the opening day just twice in the last 10 years but are unbeaten in their last three League One openers.
One of those two victories came in 2005-2006 -the last time The Reds were in League One- and they gained promotion at the end of the season.
The Reds will be looking to end a run of four straight defeats from the end of last season and are searching for only their second win in nine outings.
