Team News
After having a fully fit and available squad for the past few weeks, manager Danny Wilson has been hit with a real headache.
Inform Sam Winnall is set to miss anything up to a month after suffering a hamstring injury in the weekend defeat to Scunthorpe.
Centre back Peter Ramage went off in that game with a thigh problem but Wilson is hopeful he will have recovered.
His central defensive partner, captain Martin Cranie is definitely out through suspension after receiving his fifth booking of the season on Saturday.
It means Lewin Nyatanga and Jean-Yves Mvoto could be paired together for the first time this season.
Winger Ryan Williams will also be assessed as he has missed the last two matches with an ankle injury.
Last time out - Barnsley Team:

Interesting Stats:
This is the first meeting in the third tier since 2006. Each of the last ten have been in the Championship.
Barnsley have lost just one of the last six clashes but three of the last five have been drawn.
There has been a winner in 10 of the last 13 meetings, but in only one of those 10 has both teams scored – Barnsley’s 4-1 win in October 2008.
This has been a fixture of twos in recent times. In five of the last six meetings at least one team has netted two goals, with both teams managing on two occasions.
To continue the two theme, this also seems to be a fixture for braces. James Coppinger, Nick Proschwitz, Craig Davies, Jason Euell and Danny Haynes have all notched two goals in the last six duels.
The goal-less draw at Oakwell in November of last year is the only blank in the past 17 clashes, 48 goals have been scored during that time.
Two more goals for Doncaster will see them hit the 100 mark against Barnsley, The Reds need another five to reach a century against Rovers.
There have been three post 85th minute goals in the last five meetings.
The last time these two sides met at Oakwell, just over 12 months ago, Barnsley goalkeeper Ross Turnbull was between the posts for Doncaster and kept a clean sheet by saving a Chris O’Grady penalty.
Like Barnsley, Doncaster have struggled to adapt to life back in League One after relegation and they sit one place below The Reds in 16th but with the same amount of points, 22.
They have though shown some life in recent weeks and have lost only one of their last six games in all competitions, winning three.
Paul Dickov’s side are unbeaten in their last three on the road and have won five of their last six matches away from the Keepmoat, losing just once.
The Reds should be confident of scoring, Rovers have kept just one clean sheet in their past eight matches and have kept just two away clean sheets in the league, both of which came in their first two away matches.
Doncaster have won five League One games on the road this season, only Preston (6) have won more.
Goals have proved hard to come by for Rovers, they have netted just 18 in their 17 league matches so far this season, only the bottom two sides Crewe and Yeovil plus Walsall have scored less.
