Reds winger Kevin Betsy wants a permanent deal at Hartlepool after scoring in his first start for United in the 2-0 win against Huddersfield on Monday night.
Betsy told the Hartlepool Mail: "It is early days still so I am just hoping to impress in training and in games and do as best I can,"
"If things come to fruition here then we will take it a step further and I will be happy to join but at the moment I am still under contract with Barnsley. I'm still finding my feet and getting my match fitness up but we came through and got a great result."
Barnsley want a deal sorted before we play Hartlepool on 4th September otherwise Betsy wont be allowed to play against us.
