Jack Butland and John Stones both played the full 90 minutes in England Under 21’s 4-0 victory over San Marino last night.
The pair helped the young Lions to a comfortable Euro 2015 Qualifying victory which was sealed thanks to a hat-trick from Tottenham’s Harry Kane and a strike from Manchester United’s Michael Keane.
Butland, 20, who captained the side, is on loan at Oakwell from Stoke City until Boxing Day whilst 19 year old Stones started his career with Barnsley before sealing a £3m move to Everton last January.
