Cheltenham manager Wade Elliott said:
I thought the performance was excellent and the win was deserved. We showed unbelievable character. The lads feel the penalty was a little bit unjust. I've not seen it back so I can't really comment, but they feel it was unjust. Big game, away from home, momentum could have easily swung the other way. We have shown unbelievable character to wrestle it back and keep playing and it was a really, really good all-round performance. We defended excellently, played at the right times, some of our football was really good and the second goal was excellent. The first goal wasn't bad!
