Argentinean midfielder Hugo Colace is finally set to make his debut after receiving a temporary international clearance and coming through unscathed for the Reserves in midweek and Jamal Campbell-Ryce is also ready to make his first appearance of the season. Head to Head
If Barnsley could pick a team to face this weekend it would probably be Blackpool as The Reds are undefeated against the Seasiders in the last ten meetings and have not been defeated by Blackpool in the league since 1981! The only three defeats since then have come in the Cups- one of those a 4-1 hammering at Oakwell in 2002.
The two sides met three times in 2007-2008 with two Barnsley victories (at Oakwell in the league and FA Cup) and a draw at Bloomfield Road. The last three meetings at Blackpool have ended in draws.

This Season:
Both teams have lived up to their billing as relegation candidates so far this season with one win a piece for both sides.
Blackpool have been more successful away from home picking up four points whereas they have lost both games at home this season.
Barnsley are the opposite with the first home win coming at Oakwell whilst two trips on the road have yielded two defeats. On Saturday something will have to give and both sides claimed their first wins of the season two weeks ago.
