Crooks on trial with Northampton

Lee 'sicknote' Crooks
Lee Crooks will train with the Cobblers early next week.

Crooks is another of Nigel Spackman's less than inspired signings and has spent much of his time at Oakwell on the treatment table.

He joined the Reds from Manchester City in March 2001 and had a loan spell with the Cobblers during the 2000/2001 season.
