Reds winger Martin Devaney has joined League One side Walsall on a months loan, according to the Star.
Devaney, who joined the Reds in August 2005 and is the club's second longest serving player has been forced out of the team by fellow wingers Adam Hammill, Jim O'Brien and Kieran Trippier.
He has made 172 appearances for the Reds, second in amount only to Bobby Hassell and has netted 18 goals. He spent time on loan with MK Dons last season and has made a similar move today.
Reds boss Mark Robins said:
"Martin needs to play some games.
"We'll get him watched and monitor his progress and see how the move goes."
