Hodges took over from Steve Parkin in October last year and since then, there has been a steady improvement in form despite the tranfer embargo on the club.
Reds owner Peter Doyle pledged to reward Hodges telling Radio Sheffield: "I think Glyn has done a splendid job and has proven the knockers wrong."
