Early team news: Barnsley v Oldham Athletic

Reds striker Michael Chopra and winger Chris Shuker are both expected to shake off a virus after missing training during the week.

Midfielder Tom Williams (ankle) is available again and defender Matt Carbon (thigh) could make a return to the bench.

Oldham have former Reds winger Kevin Betsy in their line-up - hopefully he should get a good reception after he was frozen out at Oakwell by Paul Hart.
