Brammer and Fyfe will join supporters' club chairman Alan Bloore and supporters' society chairman Pete Tingey as directors after fans voted unanimously to accept Reds owner Peter Doyle's proposal for fans in the boardroom.
Brammer is a senior executive with Yorkshire Bank while Fyfe (a surveyor) was a founding member of the supporters' society.
The officers posts are expected to last for two years.
