A tip-off from the Police that the 'Fathers for Justice' campaign was set to strike was the reason behind the closure off the lower tier of the West Stand on Saturday to pay-on-the-day customers.
A possible demonstration against manager Paul Hart was also a factor.
Season-ticket- holders were allowed into all parts of the stand as usual but some fans complained at the decision.
Another pitch demonstration could lead to punishment from the FA after a game earlier this season when one man climbed out of the stand to confront Hart.
In the event, Saturday's match with Blackpool passed without incident (except for a strike of rare quality from Jacob Burns obviously!).
