FOOTBALL SUPPORTERS' FEDERATION meeting in Rotherham

The Football Supporters’ Federation is the largest National organisation representing Supporters of clubs in England and Wales. The organisation came about from the amalgamation of the National Federation of Football Supporters’ Clubs (NFFSC) and the Football Supporters Association (FSA) in June 2002.

We work closely with all the Football Authorities and Government departments. Through this association we run “Fans Embassies” at all England Games, at home and abroad and will be running an Embassy throughout Euro 2004 in Portugal.

We are in the process of setting up Regional groups where England Supporters can get together and discuss issues that concern them IE Travel and the problems that follow England Supporters. This initiative is Supported fully by the FA and Government departments, in particular the Home Office.

To progress this further we have arranged a meeting for all Supporters interested in England matters to take place in Rotherham. Anyone can attend; it is “NOT” limited to members only. To help us get the message out about the meeting, could you please help us publicise this event by putting it on your web sites and forwarding it onto your contacts.

New Group for England Supporters & North Lincolnshire.

A new group for England Supporters based in Yorkshire & North Lincolnshire is being set up. The first meeting of this group is to be held at The Brentwood Hotel 114 Moorgate Road Rotherham S60 2TY, Tel number 01709382772 on Sunday 29th February.

Items for discussion are the formation of the group and their will also be a representative from the FA to give us the latest on Euro 2004.

The meeting will start at 5.00pm, immediately after the Carling Cup Final. A large screen TV & Catering facilities are available at the venue. So if you want to come early and watch the game and have a meal contact the venue direct.
