Mariners chairman Peter Furneaux has blasted back at new Reds striker Michael Boulding for his part in the sacking of ex-boss Paul Groves.
Boulding had claimed the sacking of Groves was the final straw which made him decide to join leave the struggling Mariners for Oakwell.
However, Furneaux said: "I was unhappy to lose Michael because he was a part of the side, but he was in the team during the run that lead to Paul Groves' exit. It was obvious that something had to change.
"No fingers have been pointed at any individual players but everyone has to take responsibility for Paul Groves' departure."
