Reds boss Gudjon Thordarson wants fans to give his team more time and stop criticising players who are giving their best.

Thordarson said: "The supporters turning against the team for their mistakes won't help.
"This is our home ground and the support should be with us.
"This is our home ground and the support should be with us.
"The players became nervous and you could see the effect it had on them. Sometimes football supporters can be ruthless.
"If they want success they've got to back the team and when the going gets tough everyone has got to stay together.
"The Football League are still having control on what players we can and can't bring into the club - we are currently not fighting on the same battlefield. It takes longer than a few months to build a football team."
