Barnsley's £1.2m hit-man Iain Hume has started back on the comeback trail, over two months after the horrific challenge from Sheffield United's Barnsley-born centre back Chris Morgan, left him with a fractured skull.
Hume has this week started some running work and finished off with some ball work to get him back into the frame for full training.
Reds physio Matt
Konopinski told www.barnsleyfc.co.uk:"Iain has been back at the Club all week doing some fitness work with Dave Kelly and myself. He will go for a CT scan next Friday and that should hopefully give him the all clear.
"Iain has been doing some running and fitness stuff as well as finishing and working with the ball. He has been warming up with the first team and being back has been a big lift for him".
