Barnsley have secured their fourth loan signing in the space of seven days after signing Hungarian international Akos Buzsaky from League One Portsmouth.
Buzsaky, 30, only joined the South Coast outfit on a month by month contract in October and will remain at Oakwell until New Year's Eve.
The 20 cap Hungarian has extensive Premier League and Championship experience. He originally came to the attention of the English public in 2005 when he joined Plymouth Argyle, who were then a Championship outfit. He spent three years at Home Park, scoring seven times in 81 appearances, and earnt himself a £500,000 move to QPR in the 2008 January transfer window following a short loan spell which saw him score six times in 12 games.
The former Porto man helped The R's win the Championship title and promotion to the Premier League in 2010-2011, making 19 appearances in that campaign. Last season Buzsaky scored twice in 21 Premier League games, including a stunner in a 3-0 victory over Swansea which can be viewed here.
