Eddie Howe has become only the SECOND manager outside the Premier League to be named the League Managers Association Manager of the Year.
37-year-old Howe has scooped the LMA’s top gong for guiding Bournemouth to the top flight for the first time in their history.
Danny Wilson was previously the only manager of a Football League club to win the award when the then 47 year old led Barnsley into the Premier League for the first and so far only ever time.
