Debut scorer Jay Rodriguez would consider extending his loan spell at Oakwell after making the perfect impact.
The 20 year old joined on loan from Burnley on transfer deadline day and came on in the 90th minute at Deepdale on Tuesday, scoring with his very first touch to seal a stunning 4-1 victory.
Rodriguez who scored a famous FA Cup goal against Tottenham for Burnley last season has originally signed with The Reds for a month but would consider a longer spell if things continue to go well.
He told BBC Radio Sheffield:
I need to be playing.
"We'll see how it goes, but it's great to be involved. After the injury (Rodriguez has been out for four months with a broken ankle) I need games and this was the club to come to," he added.
