Hull City look set to be without key players Robert Koren and Gedo for Saturday's crucial trip to Oakwell.
The pair, who have been instrumental in Hull's fine campaign look like they will miss the promotion/relegation six pointer due to injuries picked up in recent matches.
32-year-old skipper, Koren, suffered a calf strain in last week's 1-0 dfeat to Wolves at Molineux and hasn't resumed training since that defeat on 16 April. The Tigers medical staff have given him a '50-50 chance' of appearing at Oakwell.
Meanwhile, the Egyptian striker Gedo has a foot injury, and despite missing the games with Ipswich and Wolves, played in last Friday's televised clash with already relegated Bristol City but put in a disappointing display. Gedo has netted 5 goals for the Tigers in 12 appearances since his January loan move from Al Ahly.
Hull could seal promotion to the Premier League with a win at Barnsley on Saturday, however they will be hoping Leicester beat Watford on Friday night then they can enjoy the game, knowing they are already promoted.
On the flip side, defeat for the Reds will all but condemn them to relegation, particularly if Peterborough pick up points at home to Sheffield Wednesday and Wolves are at home to Burnley.
