Littlejohn joins Port Vale

Port Vale are expected to give a debut to journeyman striker Adrian Littlejohn against Swindon Town on Saturday following his recent signing by Brian Horton.

Littlejohn has joined Vale on a short-term contract after playing abroad in China and spending a spell on trial at Barnsley.

The transfer embargo prevented Littlejohn signing for the Reds while he turned down a chance to play for Bradford City.
