Mackems coming to Oakwell

Former Reds legend Mick McCarthy has agreed to bring his Sunderland side for a pre-season friendly at Oakwell.

The match has been pencilled in for July 26 and was being confirmed today.

By then Sunderland could be in the Premiership via the play-offs.
