Chris O’Grady’s proposed move to Charlton Athletic has fallen through.
The 28 year old who finished as Barnsley’s top scorer in 2013-2014 with 15 goals has failed to agree personal terms with the Addicks after the clubs had agreed a £500,000 fee.
