Reds boss Simon Davey has ruled out a move for ex-Red Michael McIndoe amid rumours he is part of a deal taking Anderson de Silva to Bristol City.
McIndoe left the Reds in November 2006, after having joined from Doncaster in July of that year.
Davey told the Sheffield Star:
"I've not spoken to him (Michael), he's not a player on our radar,"
"He left the club the day I was appointed caretaker manager. He's a good player, so I'm not saying he wouldn't interest me, but he's not a player I've inquired about."
Davey also revealed that City haven't been back for Anderson after having two bids rejected for the Brazilian:
"They've (Bristol) not come back to us with another offer, nothing's happening there at the moment,"
