Chris O’Grady is available again after being ineligible to face his parent club, Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday and he could come straight back into the starting-line-up after the weekend’s starting pair, Chris Dagnall and Marlon Harewood both fired blanks.
Jim O’Brien managed to overcome an ankle injury to start at Hillsborough but managed only 56 minutes so has to be considered doubtful.
Stephen Dawson is also pushing for a start after being an unused substitute for the past three games.

Interesting Stats:
Tomorrow is the 100th league meeting between the clubs out of a total of 103 meetings in all competitions.
A goal for Leicester would equal up both teams goal tallys in Oakwell meetings at 64 each.
The Foxes have won six of their last 10 visits and have lost just one.
Indeed Leicester have won more Oakwell meetings than Barnsley, 18 to 15.
Barnsley are unbeaten in their last three meetings with Leicester home and away and were only denied victory at the King Power Stadium in December by a stoppage time equaliser.
Nigel Pearson’s side are on a torrid run at the moment, which is starting to threaten their chances of a top six Championship finish.
On the 31st January Leicester defeated Wolves 2-1 to go three points clear in second place, but they have won just one of the following 10 and none of the last six which has dropped them to seventh and out of the play-off places.
It is six years since they last went seven league games without victory and they are looking for their first away victory in seven outings. The last time they won on their travels was against one of Barnsley’s relegation co-occupants- Bristol City, back in January.
Despite their poor form the Foxes have the best defensive record in the division, having conceded just 35 times this season.
Victory for Barnsley tomorrow would put them just one point behind their entire points tally for 2011-2012.
The Reds are on the division’s current longest scoring run of 16 successive league games. The last Championship team to stop them scoring was Sheffield Wednesday, back in December.
They are the only side in the division to have won every match in which they have kept a clean sheet. They have not drawn 0-0 since the final day of last season.
David Flitcroft’s side are also in excellent form at Oakwell, having won six of their last seven home matches and each of the last two.
They are looking to win three home matches in a row for only the second time in two years.
Despite this, Barnsley are the joint lowest home scorers in the Championship along with Millwall and Huddersfield who have all netted 21 times in front of their own supporters.
If The Reds net their 22nd home goal tomorrow it will equal their entire goal tally for 2011-2012 of 49 goals.
