Danny Rose has committed his future to Barnsley by penning a new two-year contract.
The 20 year old striker who has rose through the club’s Academy has made two starts and 12 substitute appearances for the club, netting two goals, including an 89th minute equaliser at Ipswich last season.
Rose told the club’s official website:
"The hard work continues and now I'm looking to improve myself as a player and person over the next two-and-a-half years."
Rose is hoping to push himself in Danny Wilson’s plans after making just one appearance so far in 2013-2014.
