The Reds have recorded two comprehensive friendly victories in 4 days after beating League One side Hartlepool 3-0 at Victoria Park and thumping Blue Square Premier Grimsby Town 5-1 at Oakwell yesterday.
Reuben Noble-Lazarus opened the scoring at Hartlepool on Tuesday night and Danny Haynes bagged two as the Reds sauntered to a 3-0 win.
Ex-Bolton striker Ricardo Vaz Te appeared as a trialist in the game.
And yesterday, the Reds thumped the Mariners at Oakwell in the re-arranged Feyenoord fixture.
Craig Davies netted two, including one from the penalty spot, Danny Haynes got a third in two games, Jacob Butterfield found the net, as well as Vaz Te, who screamed in a 30-yard free kick.
The Reds next pre-season test comes on Tuesday night when they welcome South Yorkshire rivals Sheffield Wednesday to Oakwell.
