Barnsley Football Club have confirmed that they won't be appealing either of the red cards shown to players in Saturday's 6-0 home humbling by Charlton Athletic.
Stephen Dawson and Tom Kennedy both saw red for bad challenges, Dawson will miss the next three games but the club is unsure on Kennedy, whether his was serious foul play or a professional foul, he would only serve a one match ban for the latter.
The Reds had only had one player sent off so far this campaign before Saturday. Defender Bobby Hassell saw red in September's 1-0 win over Bristol City but Dawson and Kennedy trebled that record in Saturday's debacle.
It was thought the club may contest the decisions to have the players available for tomorrow's home clash with Derby County but they confirmed this morning that the dismissals would not be challenged.
