Regan becomes a Tiger

Carl Regan has joined Hull City on a permanent deal until the end of next season.
The right back had been on loan at Boothferry Park since August and the Tykes will be pleased to reduce the wage bill.
Dave Bassett signed Regan on a free transfer from Everton in June 2000.
