Reserves result: Barnsley 2 Hull City 1

Goals from Tom Baker and Griff Jones gave a young reserves team victory over Hull City at the Academy Complex this afternoon.

Baker opened the scoring on 28 minutes after an excellent Chris Lumsdon through ball.

Griff Jones scored the second 5 minutes before half-time and is surely due a start for the first team before the end of the season.

Simon Russell gave the Tigers a late consolation goal.
