Rotherham manager Ronnie Moore insists striker Mark Robins will not join Barnsley if our transfer embargo is lifted.
Robins' proposed loan move to Tranmere collapsed this again due to disagreements over bonuses.
A disappointed Mooore said: "It's not very professional. I can understand both sides of the coin, but [Tranmere manager] Ray Mathias has bent over backwards to cater for him and said they will let him continue his Uefa coaching course here on Mondays and Thursdays.
"He's now turned down Lincoln and Tranmere, so you don't have to be Bamber Gascoigne to realise his agent was trying to sort out a move to Barnsley.
"If anybody else comes in for him in the next few weeks then we'll let him go, but he's not going to Barnsley."
