Glyn Hodges has no new injury worries after the win over Blackpool on Tuesday night and has been boosted by the return of Lee Crooks after a calf injury.
Hodges is likely to stick with the same starting eleven although Kevin Betsy (a used substitute in the last two games) could be recalled if the Reds go for a more attacking line-up.
A more likely change could be at left wing-back after David Mulligan struggled at Bloomfield Road against former Reds winger Martin Bullock. Paul Gibbs or Robbie Williams could return.
Former Barnsley striker Luke Beckett returns to Oakwell and has scored a remarkable 25 goals in all competitions for County this season.
