Oakwell has gone Wembley crazy over the last two days as season ticket holders have snapped up over 22,000 of the 33,000 tickets allocated for the FA Cup Semi-Final with Cardiff City.
Mass queues were seen as early as Wednesday afternoon, despite tickets not going on sale until 8am Thursday morning. The £55 and £45 tickets have proved the most popular but the club has confirmed today that only singular tickets remain in the £55, £45 and £35 sections. Anybody wanting groups of tickets together will have to buy the £25 ones.
Tickets remain on sale to season tickets holders until Sunday (although they will not be sold tomorrow) and then Centenary members and fans with stubs from the 4-1 league victory over Ipswich Town on Tuesday 11th March can purchase tickets from Monday.
