Barnsley have taken another nod to their blossoming future by extending the contracts of Jordan Clark and Danny Rose.
Clark, 18, who turns 19 later this month has penned a new deal tying him to Oakwell until 2014 and has made five first team appearances, four in 2011-2012 and one this campaign - coming on as a 63rd minute substitute in the 3-1 League Cup defeat at Swansea.
Rose meanwhile who turns 19 in December, has also extended his contract until 2014 and has also made five appearances under Keith Hill. All of them came last season but included two starts in home games with Reading and Brighton.
