"I think it will seem a better point for us when we wake up tomorrow. We dominated the play and the chances but just could not convert one of them. We have kept a clean sheet, which is a positive after last week, but we are disappointed not to have taken one of our chances.
"I thought we got the ball into some decent areas and it fell to people who you would expect to put it away. On another day we would have probably scored three or four goals. We just could not convert the chances but there are a lot of positives to take.
"I thought David Preece did everything he was asked to do today and I am delighted for him because he came in for a lot of unjust stick last week. He put in a professional performance and he works tremendously hard for this football club. I was very pleased for him but sorry we could not capitalise on one of the chances we created.
"I thought we were thoroughly good value for the win today but when you create so many chances and do not take them maybe you have to be happy with what you get.
"Carl Dickinson came off after what looked like an innoculous challenge. He has some stud marks on his thigh but it looks as though he has suffered ligament damage. We will have to wait and see in the next couple of days.
"Nathan Doyle had a problem with his vision and he has a blind spot which is a concern for us. He has gone to see a specialist and we will know more in the next few days".
