"I remember what Paul Jewell came here and said the other week and if that was a boxing match it would have been over at half time. Our first half was fantastic. We should have been three or four up and I could not ask for more from them.
"They did everything apart from put it into the net. We could not have asked for a better start.
"We are pleased with that performance but drawing the game 0-0 at home is not acceptable. We have kept another clean sheet but we have to start scoring goals. We all have the belief in the dressing room that we will turn it around. The players just need a bit of luck.
"The lads have worked hard and I cannot fault them. They gave me everything and if they had scored it would have been three or four in the end. We have conceded two goals in five games. That is a good platform to build on.
"If we had put it in the net we might have gone on to get five or six. We have something to build on.
"Brian Howard was not in the team today. The Club will make statement on Brian on Monday".
