"I was disappointed with the result but reasonably happy with the performance.
"We should have dealt with the three goals better but you've got to give credit to Blackpool
because they play in an attacking way.
"You're always disappointed to lose. It was down to missed opportunities and mistakes for their goals. That's football and we'll learn from it.
"Luke Steele has been absolutely magnificent this season and there's no finger of blame pointed at him.
"These players have been absolutely magnificent over 23 games and they'll be magnificent over the next 23 games so we've got to trust them.
"As long as they're giving me commitment and endeavour, I'll continue to back them 100 per cent."
