"In the first half we created some really good chances, some very presentable opportunities.
"However we all know that when you come to a place like this, with the opposition flying high in the table, you have to take those chances.
"We didn't and this is the result. We've got to take a lot of positives away though. We won during the week and then we had got into some great positions.
"We could have done better in front of goal, but it's never easy at a place like this.
"It was important that we all saw a reaction after what happened last week. It's been a difficult period, but the players have shown that they are up for the fight and we had a right good go."
