"I'm over the moon with how it went today. Did we create enough opportunities to win the game? Yes we did. I thought the performance was outstanding. Clean sheets do win games and I know the supporters have embraced the way that we are trying to play and the way that we are set up. You could tell from their reaction before, during and after the game that it was a very good performance.
"We have got players who can score goals, as we have seen in preseason, and we have players who understand their function and to keep clean sheets, and to come here and do that is job done. So I am more than happy with a point, but clean sheets are king in my estimation. I like exciting football and I think we did play exciting football at times. After ten minutes we managed to rediscover the belief we have created in preseason and we saw a very very good performance, especially for 20 minutes in the second half and I thought we were going to push ahead and win the game. You have got to acknowledge that Forest are an excellent team with excellent players and I believe they will be successful."
