"I know how Ipswich felt now. You have to take the rough with the smooth in this game and we did that to Ipswich a couple of weeks ago. Tonight it has gone against us but we should have taken one of the good chances we had before that.
"We probably had the clearer chances throughout the game.
"We had to work hard tonight against a Forest side really at the top of their game. We defended well all night apart from that one minute and that one moment cost us.
"Forest are on a high at the moment and I felt we dealt with that comfortably throughout the game. We switched things around at half time and we grew into the game. Their keeper really earned his corn in the second half.
"There was one lapse and one chance and it was in the back of the net. The lads are very down at the moment but it is up to us to bounce back from that".
