Barnsley lose five league games in a row for the first time since 2009. Four of those saw the end of Simon Davey’s reign whilst the fifth defeat was Mark Robins’ first game in charge.
It is the first time they have lost five in a row at this level of English football since 1970 and sees them drop into the relegation zone of this division for the first time since November 2002.
The Reds have now lost eight games this season, only bottom side Crewe (9) have lost more.

Barnsley are the joint lowest drawers in the division with two. They have gone seven games since the last stalemate.

Barnsley have picked up at least two yellow cards in each of their last five matches.
Fleetwood have a 100% record at Oakwell, winning both of their trips. Their 2-1 victory here back in February was Danny Wilson’s final game in charge….
