Struggling Crewe stunned Barnsley by winning 2-1 at Oakwell in Sky Bet League One.
Ryan Colclough scored from a direct free-kick for Crewe before Alfie Mawson replied with a header for Barnsley.
The Railwaymen snatched the points late in the second half through Lauri Dalla Valle.
Crewe took the lead against the run of play in the 14th minute after winning a free-kick just outside the Barnsley area.
Colclough took it and fired it past the wall, and the rooted Nick Townsend, into the far right corner.
But the home side were behind for less than two minutes, breaking down the right and winning a corner straight after the restart.
Conor Hourihane delivered the ball and captain Mawson was on hand to head the Tykes level.
Barnsley dominated the second half with good chances falling to Hourihane, Mawson and top-scorer Sam Winnall.
But it was Crewe who struck an unlikely winner when Adam King's cross was deflected past Townsend in the Barnsley goal off the chest of Dalla Valle in the 79th minute
